School Council

The School Council is a group of students ranging in age from Year 1 to Year 6 who have been elected by their class to represent them at School Council meetings. Mrs Baker and Mrs Webb support the members at their meetings and Mrs Baker reports back to the staff on anything that has been discussed.

 Each class has a book where the members can record items from meetings that need to be discussed with their class or where class members can write down ideas that they would like the School Council to discuss when they next meet.

The School Council have recently been discussing ideas for new playtime equipment, how to support Children in Need, Christmas Jumper Day and setting up an Eco -school monitoring system.
