The Governors Vision Statement

We aim to be a leading primary school in East Sussex to which every local parent wants to send their child because:

It has a happy and welcoming environment.

There is an effective grounding in basic skills and a broad and balanced curriculum for the development of the whole child. The school has the highest expectations and aims for the highest standards of achievement, so that all children can reach their full potential.

There are as many interesting spaces around the school as possible - This is the garden by Mercury

There is total commitment to continuous improvement in results, the quality of learning and resources.

These aims will be supported by close community links and strong Governor involvement.

Parents will be encouraged to participate fully in children’s learning.
